1. Acceptance
By creating an account and using Wodl, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must provide a valid email address.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Your API Keys
You supply your own API key from an AI provider. You are solely responsible for any costs, usage, and compliance with that provider's terms. Wodl stores your key encrypted at rest solely to make requests on your behalf.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Wodl to:
- Generate, store, or transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
- Attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
- Use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Exceed any rate limits or otherwise abuse shared resources.
5. Service Availability
Wodl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wodl and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
